Refund Policy

Last updated 23 September 2026

If the library is not what you expected, email us within 14 days and we will refund you. We would rather give the money back than keep a customer who feels misled.

This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer for this business and jurisdiction. It is written to be accurate and complete, but it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed before selling.

1The short version

Within 14 days of your payment, write to hello@made613.com and ask for a refund. If you have not downloaded a premium source package, we refund in full, no questions. If you have, tell us what went wrong — in practice we almost always refund anyway.

This sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.

2Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun — but only if you expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Our checkout asks for exactly that consent, and records it, because taking the right away silently would not be lawful.

In practice this means: if you buy and immediately open a premium prompt, your statutory withdrawal right is spent. Our own 14-day policy above still applies, so you can still ask.

3Subscriptions

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the period you are in, because you keep access for the whole of it.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, ask us and we will refund that first payment.

If a renewal takes you by surprise — you meant to cancel and forgot, and you have not used the service since it renewed — write to us. We refund those.

4Lifetime purchases

The same 14 days apply. After that, a lifetime purchase is final, because there is no ongoing charge to stop and you keep the access permanently.

5When we will not refund

We will decline a refund where:

  • the request comes more than 14 days after payment and no statutory right applies;
  • the account has downloaded a large part of the library — that is not a trial, it is the product;
  • the account is being closed by us for breaching the terms, such as redistributing prompts;
  • the same customer has already been refunded and has bought again.

We will tell you which of these applies and why, rather than simply declining.

6What is not a reason we will argue with

“The template did not build exactly as shown” is a refund, not a debate. We publish test logs precisely so you can see what was verified — if the result did not hold up for you, we would rather know and fix the prompt.

“I did not realise the library was this small” is also a refund. We say the size on the site, but if it was not clear enough, that is our failure.

7How to ask, and how long it takes

Email hello@made613.com from the address on your account, with the date of purchase. You do not need an order number, though it helps.

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who took the payment, back to the original payment method. Their processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, which is outside our control.

8Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, and we will almost certainly have refunded you faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
