1Who we are

Made613 is a trading name of [your full legal name], a sole trader registered in Israel, business number [your עוסק number], at [your registered business address]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean [your full legal name]; “you” means the person or organisation using the service.

You can reach us at hello@made613.com. We answer within two business days.

2What we sell

Made613 sells access to build instructions — “prompts” — for website designs, together with the media those designs use and, where provided, a reference source package.

Made613 is not a website builder, a hosting service or an agency. We do not build sites for you, and we do not host what you build. What you receive is written instructions, media files and code that you run yourself.

3What “tested” means, and does not mean

A template marked Tested has been built end to end by a fresh Claude Code session given nothing but the prompt and an empty folder, and the result passed the checks listed on the template's page and recorded in its test log.

It is not a guarantee that you will get a byte-identical result. AI models change, package versions move, and your environment is not ours. We publish each template's test log, including the runs that failed, so you can judge for yourself what was verified and when.

4Your account

You need an account to use anything beyond browsing. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at hello@made613.com if you believe someone else has used your account.

Access is personal to your account. Sharing an account, or sharing premium prompts and source packages with people who do not have access, is a breach of these terms.

5Plans, payment and renewal

Payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record. They are the seller of record for the transaction, they calculate and remit any sales tax or VAT, and they issue your receipt. Your payment card details are handled by them; we never see or store them.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Lifetime access is a single payment and does not renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as Made613 continues to operate as a service. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give lifetime customers reasonable notice and the opportunity to download everything they have access to.

6Your licence

While your plan is active — and permanently, for anything you accessed under a Lifetime plan — we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• use the prompts to build websites, without limit on the number of sites;
• use those sites for yourself, for your employer, or for clients who pay you;
• modify the prompts, the media and the source for your own use;
• keep and continue using any site you have already built, even after your plan ends.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the prompts, media or source packages, in whole or in substantial part, whether as-is or lightly modified; use them to build a competing library, template marketplace or prompt collection; use them to train a machine-learning model; or remove or circumvent any access control.

The test is straightforward: sell what you build with it, not the thing itself.

7AI-generated media

Some templates include photographs and film generated with AI tools. We hold the rights we need to license them to you for the sites you build under these terms, and that licence carries the same restrictions as everything else: you may use them in what you build, but not redistribute them as media assets.

These files may carry embedded provenance metadata. Do not strip it. Some jurisdictions require you to disclose that media on your site was AI-generated, and meeting that requirement on the sites you publish is your responsibility, not ours.

8Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the library;
• attempt to access prompts or source packages your plan does not include;
• probe, attack or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other people's accounts;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to build anything unlawful.

9Our intellectual property

We own, or hold the necessary rights in, the prompts, the previews, the media and the source packages. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you; you receive the licence described above and nothing more.

What you build is yours. Your content, your copy, your imagery and the site you ship belong to you.

10Delivery

Everything we sell is digital and there is nothing to ship. Access is granted to your account as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, which is normally within seconds and occasionally a few minutes.

You then read prompts in your browser and download source packages and media directly. There is no waiting period, no physical delivery and no delivery charge.

If access has not appeared within an hour of a successful payment, email hello@made613.com with the receipt and we will fix it.

11Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms and is set out in full at made613.com/refunds. It explains your statutory right of withdrawal, the circumstances in which that right is lost for digital content, and the refund we offer beyond it.

12Changes to the library and the service

The library changes. We add templates, revise prompts and raise their version numbers, and we may retire a template — for example if the media licence behind it changes. Where a template you have used is retired, we will say so on its page rather than removing it silently.

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Made613 after that point means you accept the new terms.

13Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — most often, sharing premium content or attempting to circumvent access controls. Where the breach is not deliberate, we will contact you first.

If we close your account for a breach, we do not refund the remaining period. If we close it for any other reason, we refund it pro rata.

14Warranties and liability

Made613 is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that every prompt will build perfectly in your environment, or that the templates are fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or revenue, or for loss of data.

Nothing in this section affects the statutory rights of a consumer, which cannot be excluded by contract.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and court access that the law of your country of residence gives you.
